Default back pain and weight

it can be a vicious cycle. but if you can start taking some weight off and strengthen your core, you will have less back pain. but then you wrench your back again and put the weight back on. the weight adds more stress to your back. have they done a mri? ever get a second opinion? i've heard this new pettibone system some chiropractors are utilizing now is really effective.
