Default coffee

Coffee has high antioxidants and nutrients. It can be healthy minus the milk, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and cream.

Coffee at the coffee shop can add you 400 calories in one coffee. Ask for it unsweetened and then add your own stevia.

Instead of sugar try organic maple syrup, stevia, or real full-fat organic cream, coconut milk, cinnamon, or organic unsweet cocoa powder for added flavor and sweetener. Black is always best. :P

I think someone asked about this.. Coconut milk is loaded with super healthy saturated fats called medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are known to boost your immune system and your metabolism!

Challenge for the weekend: Try a healthy alternative and something new with your coffee!

Have a happy Friday the 13th healthies and a wonderful weekend!
