The 7-year-old granddaughter to my daughter last night over a meal of salmon, sautéed asparagus and salad: "You cook for me like I was your husband, not a kid".
My daughter: "Would you rather eat Chicken McNuggets?"
The granddaughter: "Never mind, forget that I said that".
