I know all about getting wrapped up in the numbers on the scale etc because its so widely used and everyone tells you to use that to gauge how well your doing. I'm trying to use how my clothes fit, how much better I feel as a better way of really telling if I'm doing things right
Another measurement for me is how others react to me
who have not seen me in a while.....
