Back from the workout
and the weigh-in......
I lost 9.2 lbs this month
even though I really messed up
while I was in Austin.
And, at the gym, the manager is giving me a free
session with my Russian....
OMG!! He stopped what he was doing when I walked
in and gave me a proper salute!
So, today is a good day.....
