Rooster had requested beef stew a couple days ago...seemed an odd choice in hot weather, but hey...I always take requests.
I picked up a nice piece of beef shoulder (on sale and super cheap) the other day and wow did it come out nice!
I rolled the beef chunks in a little worcestershire sauce before I rolled it in the seasoned flour (salt, pepper and cumin)....and it came out super tender and flavorful.
Delicious!
