After hours of cool down, my knuckles look less raw, but my biceps and triceps are screaming... Oh the joy of pain

And having my Spam sammich..

If I wasn't watching my weight I would be in these in a lick-a dee-split.

I didn't know I had muscles right under that part of the shoulder blade, but I do now!
