Put a 4.5 lb. chuck roast in crockpot with those beef flavored pellets. Cooked a huge pot of creamed potatos, made enormous bowl of slaw with farmer's market fresh tomatos and vidalia onions chipped up in it very small, black-eyed peas cooked with a chunk of ham, half a bakers sheet of cornbread and gallon of tea.
I have a fast-paced training class until noon everyday for the next 2 weeks (Design Patterns in Microsoft Visual C# 2010) - that is why I cooked such large quantities ... can study in evenings and not worry about dinner this week.
