I found the thin wheat bread from Pepperidge Farms. It has 110 calories for three slices..which is around 73.3 calories for two pieces and I have a teaspoon of nutella on it. I found the nutella to be easier to digest than peanut butter. I also have a 3oz cup -demitasse cup- that I use to drink coffee out of. I drink two of these through out the day instead of at once.
