Hi healthies

I haven't been posting much either...my apologies.

I'm plateaued again *sigh*....right after breaking the 200 lb. barrier my weight loss came to a screeching halt. My body is still changing though, and my clothes keep fitting looser and looser. My butt is smaller, my boobs are higher (TMI perhaps, but hey!), my arms are toned and I have less wobble in the triceps....I'm seeing some definition in my back and thighs and....oh what the hell...I'm rather happy that I'm getting cute little dimples over my butt.

So, I think what's going on here is increasing muscle, decreasing fat and toning things up....without any net change in weight.

That's okay....I can give it a little time.

Also, I've relaxed my eating somewhat. Not abandoning it....just relaxing a little. What I'm trying to learn is portion control and how to eat like a "normal" person....one that can have something sweet here and there or something fried occasionally....without it blowing my healthy eating plan.

My employer is piloting a new weight loss program and I may give it a try. The fun part was that I barely qualified to participate. The lowest acceptable BMI was 30, the "obese" barrier....and I'm down to 31. That's progress!
