Well, I've taken the plunge and signed up for the pilot weight loss program at work. It's one we'll be out marketing later on, and we're piloting it with colleagues now.
It includes some pretty nifty trackers, weekly (!) coach calls for the first 3 months, and is a 2 year commitment.
Based on my current weight, activity level, etc. they want me to eat 1500 calories a day.

I know this is a good level for me to lose at, and will nudge me off this plateau. It also means that it's time to get back on the weight loss wagon for me and stop being quite so lax with my eating patterns.
