wild salmon, skin side down in my cast iron ...crisped in coconut oil

organic zucchini's roasted with above after I made sure the skin was nice and crispy

potatoes and a brownie of sin for my sweetie

that is how I can be primal and he can be whatever the heck a diabetic is that is eating said brownie!

am I evil for making em?

or an enabler?

or a firm believer in treats in moderation can even be okay for even diabetics, according to WW and the ADA, American Heart Association, too... of which I totally disagree. But I know he will do it, with or without my blessing or my mad culinary baking skills. I do love making the house smell wonderful... and torturing my neighbors with the heavenly scents is such fun.

lol

yeah, I am evil like that. But they are noisy and sort unruly, shockingly so. A wonderful home made smell can't hurt them, right? Though I do know they are totally high, with munchies... as I can smell the skunk they smoke outside.

tit for tat~
