Hopping onto the Mobia (like a Treadclimber) and doing a solid 15 minutes....when just a year ago 5 minutes felt almost impossible and left me feeling sick and light-headed. I was drenched in sweat, but my heart rate was back to normal in a minute....and I felt GREAT!
It feels fantastic to know how much my fitness level has improved and that it's all due to my eating better, and working out regularly at Curves for the last 6 months.
I'm proud of myself!
