It seems a lot of folks think that the more they pay the more beneficial the product. Research shows that this is not the case.

Personally I prefer to not put all the nasties, like parabens and sodium laureth sulphate (check out the nasty things it can do...it's in lots and lots of things) in shop bought products I'm going to put on my skin; our largest organ as Belle has already told us.

Since I gave up smoking and drinking alcohol my skin has improved no end, proving that it's not just about what you put ON your skin but what you put IN your body too.
