In addition to A Monk's Alphabet (by Fr. Jeremy Driscoll), I came across some other books I had and thought I would read from them again (for pleasure).... I found:

Pilgrim At Tinker Creek (by Annie Dillard)

and

Zen and The Birds of Appetite (by Thomas Merton)
