I *really* want to get into Tai Chi. I tried it once and felt soooooo uncoordinated and foolish. Good for you for working it.

Yeah, definitely take it easy with Yoga. There are some relaxation and very mild poses and movements that would work well for you, and I believe those will find their way to you when they're supposed to!!!
