Sorry to hear we have alot of people in pain. I had 2 slipped dics removed when I was 12. It was very traumatic and painful. I made a full recovery and was able to lead a normal life. Nothing like back pain. I had alot of crushes on the nurses though. LOL When I was in the Hospital I would put their soaps on so they would all come into my
room and keep me company. LOL
Morning I hope you are feeling better by now. Ice is the best thing when first injured.
Also I am interested in the bargains you found at Costco. I work for them. People seem to go crazy when shopping with us. LOL
