LOL, that's what my partner calls local organic, free range chicken. i live right next to a natural foods store but i don't usually shop there because i can't afford it, but i had to go buy meat at the last minute so i ended up with "hippie chicken" and "hippie cow" (local grass fed organic beef) as c. likes to say, since i had to walk to the store.
it does taste a lot better and i realized yesterday that their prices for chicken aren't too terrible so i might try to buy it more often.
i usually bake boneless skinless breasts but these were bone-in and skin on so i just seasoned them and baked them with some butter, garlic, greek seasoning, rosemary, etc. and they were AMAZING. i rarely buy bone-in chicken and i was just reminded how awesome it is
