Well, Ruthie, that was a few years ago. Ever so often, it does come back.
I know i ate too much licorice and i think peppers do not sit well. Feels a bit
like fireworks straight down the midline and outwards when i had the gastritis. Too bad i cannot recall more of what the irritants were or what was the causal relation to said pain...ugh. If i think of anything else...i will inform. I do believe that i would experience more pain during digestion if i would go for periods without eating prior to a meal. I am sorry if you have this often. It does hurt a bit. If i had it all of the time i would not be so nice.
