I sliced and diced skirt steak, onions, cilantro and a jalapeno, put a little EVO in a pan, let it heat, added the steak, onions, jalapeno and cilantro. Let the meat brown as I shook on some cumin and then added a can of Mexican tomato sauce. I now have it cooking on low for what will be a scrumptious dinner with some corn tortillas.
