With Pete's help, I made a delicious meal last night.

We made quarts of sofrito from scratch on Friday night and

I froze most of it but I used a generous cup in a pot of pink beans, and

I used a generous cup in a pot of bacalao.

We had white rice and yuca con mojo too, yum yum.
