I've belonged to an inexpensive, no whistles and bells gym since November but got way off track
. They have a program called Activetrax, in which you get a daily workout, alternating body parts-it's fun to increase strength and you get a neat little calendar of your progress. But I'm queen of excuses.
So, tomorrow, 1 April, I start over. Besides, with summer and Reunion coming up, I think I can do a lot of good over that time. Although just doing it for health and long-term counts more, I'm one of those who likes to have future events for motivation.
