These lovers were found in an Italian archeological dig if I remember correctly. It speaks volumes to those of us who believe in soul mates, forever loves, cosmic connection.
It gives me pause. We read about couples that die within days or hours of each other, unable to bear the loss of the other. We dream of a lover who would die without us in their lives, or our death without our vital other half.
I am not offended by your post Katniss. It brought back a warm wonderful feeling from long ago, so I thank you for posting it today. It just seems sad that someone found it amusing. How cynical.
