at gym:
first, elliptical 1.5 hrs (watched a movie- Jim Carey in Liar, Liar),
then 1 hr weight lifting, abs, and stretching
then 1.5 hour walk at Riverside Park with Rob, a friend who I have known for many years. it was beautiful weather and we walked by the water.
