I have been lifting 2-3 times a week. (I'm a weight slut)
I bought a rowing machine on craigslist for $25 and I
have been trying it out and getting the hang of it.
I notice in my life that I love to set and meet goals.
I think I set my weight loss/ health goals too high,
and I sometimes get frustrated...
Progress keeps me motivated!
