Today is the day before a long weekend of pool tournaments witch starts tomorrow night and will run till all of them are over this will go on for the next two weeks mostly over the long weekend.So I did a fair reasonable workout to just use my body, work up a good sweat,get the heart rate going good plus some hoops to work on my hand eye cordanation thena lot of plain old stretches a couple of times a day.Tomorrow (today as it's 12:20a.m.) i'm just going to do more hoops,do more stretching catch a bit of reast in the mid afternoon and all will be ready.Sounds like a plan to me.
