For those of you who don't know me, I work a wonderful job in retail. Today I was stuck behind customer service for half of my day and I wasn't exactly happy about it. I had an especially difficult customer, and following her I had several compliments about how well I handled the situation. They all told me how pleasant I was and how much they appreciated me. It put a huge grin on my face! Today I ended my day thinking...retail isn't so bad.
