Well, today was a stressball, so this is a good exercise
1. I laid out in the clouds at the waterpark with my book of the moment, doing absolutely nothing, which is exactly what I wanted to do all along.
2. I woke up? I'm still here, and every day is a gift.
3. (really reaching to make 3) I had a ginormous cheeseburger for lunch, with crispy pickles
That's a good one (and sometimes hard to do). Repeat, please.
