Maybe after taking short walks around the building I will be able to take the dogs on a walk this weekend. I am so excited about the little bit of flexibility I gain each day. My calves were burning by the time I got around the building... and the elevator being out making me walk DOWN 2 flights of stairs wearing bifocals was challenging... but it was well worth it!

Now to do it again on lunch.
