We had turkey hotdogs and homemade macaroni salad, yum yum.

I think I'll use the leftover hotdogs to make spaghetti pie for breakfast tomorrow.

Spaghetti Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
two ounces of spaghetti, cooked al dente

two whole eggs

four egg whites

one quarter cup of shredded mozzarella

one quarter cup of grated parmesan cheese

two portions of soyrizo or sliced turkey hot dogs

Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
Pour into an 8 inch pan that's been sprayed with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
