Today is a recovery day for me. And maybe tomorrow also...

Yesterday at work, I was walking down a flight of stairs when my foot caught on a loose board. I put the "flight" into flight of stairs.

I managed to land on my arms and knees before face planting, but today I look like a victim of domestic violence.

And I'm sore all over! *sigh*

I have never been graceful but yesterday I took klutziness to a new high ... or should I say low. Sheesh.

You think those safety cord things work off the treadmill??
