Tonight's menu was homemade fattoush salad, whole wheat pita bread, some very lean ground beef, and a couple baby dill pickles.
I really liked the salad because it was all fresh. I used kale tore into small pieces, diced sweet onion, diced red bell pepper, sliced cucumbers minus the seeds, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped dill weed, chopped parsley, chopped mint, juice from one lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Oh yeah and feta cheese.
