I had a massage last night, and I was exhausted and sore afterwards. I wasn't really surprised because she focused on my poor tense back muscles.

I had a little cottage cheese before water aerobics this morning, and I was still shaky from hunger, or the hot tub, after class. I think I have to eat more if I add extra workouts.
