 Ended up with grilled pork chops w/ fresh rosemary & balsamic vinegar w/ roasted peaches and fresh green beans w/ garlic & lemon w/ almonds.  Dessert still the same.
Tonight:  I'm making a meat/mushroom spaghetti sauce with a spaghetti squash.  Yum.
