My exercise for today is consisting of:
- 20 sit-ups
- 20 press-up (full)
- 10 minutes Power Hooping . . . .yes Hooping, i know i know, shhhhhhh!
Parked my car in Falkland and walked past the Palace and through the Magical Forest to:
Pillars Of Hercules an organic cafe, met my friend there for a vegetarian brunch and a catch up. Put the world back where it should be then re-traced my steps back to the car :-)
