I will always be the person who turns the car around for a stray animal.
I will always be willing to say "I was wrong."
I will always be an idiot over kids.
I will always be glad I got sober when I was young rather than old.
I will always make the first move.
I will always call when I say "I'll call."
I will always show up when I say "I'll be there."
I will always be suspicious of people who are quick to point out the flaws, wrongs and mistakes of others.
I will always be angry to the point of rage when it comes to the mistreatment of animals.
I will always want the truth, no matter how ugly it is.
I will always respect the effort it took to tell the ugly truth, no matter how much that truth might hurt or disappoint me.
I will always find something to respect about the person who told me the ugly truth, no matter what other consequences result.
