Peeled and cut up 7 huge baking-size potatoes. While they were boiling in water, I cooked a pound of ground sirloin burger in a skillet. When the potatoes were tender, drained the water, poured a little milk in their pot, added beef bullion, and dumped a good bit of sour creme in there. Mixed it up, in went the drained sirloin burger and lots of chunks of colby cheese. Dumped in a can of white corn and a can of green beans. (drained water from both cans before adding to the pot) Rolled it over a couple of times with a large spoon. The cheese melted just right.
My beloved dogs think I am the best chef in the world. *laughing* I fixed huge bowls for them. I had a plate of it too. Kelly helped me finish mine.
