Linner was too early...and I got peckish...so...
I used some of the corn water to simmer some lentils...sautéed a shallot and a small green pepper with some herbs and spices...cut up some of the leftover kielbasa and added that also...added it to the lentils and omg it's GOOD!
for dessert....
yesterday I made some sugar free cheesecake pudding...and it was kind of meh....so I thought about mixing something in it. Jam was a thought...then....I remember the caramel apple frosting that was leftover in the fridge

And THEN I remembered that I hadn't finished all my salted caramel chai after lunch...sooo I reconstituted the somewhat dried out frosting with the chai....and poured a spoonful over the pudding....lets just say....I should be on Chopped....
