Possibly my favorite dinner
I got Whole Food gift cards for Christmas so today I went and harvested ...
I am having about 7 different kinds of cheese many of which I have no idea what they are but all are fan-fucking-tastic there is super sharp cheddar, some blue cheese made from goat's milk that is both fruity and nutty, brie, some really hard cheese that is made with peppercorns, a very soft garlic cheese, and a few others, you get the picture.
With that I have some prosciutto, dry salami, topanad, grape tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, kalamata olives, hummus, and about 6 different kinds of crackers
To drink I have a very dry Chardonnay.
I just love meals that are many little perfect bites
