Quinoa dish with lots of veggies...carrots, leek, peas, mushrooms, garlic and a few black olives, everything chopped up. Spiced with chives, parsley, curcuma, curry, salt, pepper and a pinch of cinnamon. Feta cheese sprinkled on top, added at the end. Baked in the clay pot. Done in about 1 hour...yummy!
