We went to this awesome festival this weekend and bought some stuff to make dips. As I am adding the powder to the sour cream I am finding it doesn't taste like French onion at all. After a few growls and murmured curses, I add more powered mix to the cream. stir...taste...curse. add more. stir... taste.... curse.

After adding almost a full tablespoon extra mix to the sour cream, I realize that I am not making the French onion dip at all but the Kickin garlic.

Needless to say, it is one Very Strong garlic dip. Might be funny to watch their faces when they taste it.
