Haha.. I'd go for the cats ...the cycle of life... dead mice on the doorstep is better than tons of mouse shit in the attic (and better for your health).
These days, I'd say 80 K and up is good enough money so, WYR Sell your soul to the Devil for more than 80K ( lots more) or be on call 24/7 for less but enough. Oyyyy, this is so dependant on lifestyle choices/location, etc. Just give it your best shot lol.
