I've missed your tennis posts, glad you checked in. I struggle with the same thing. On the weekends I can do my preferred long work-out but on work days it's just too much. I try to get myself to try shorter work-outs during the work week which occasionally works, but most times it just doesn't feel fun enough to be worth it to me.
