Today we're having a snowstorm wintery mix rain snowstorm. BAHH!

I walked 7500 steps, which comes to a little over 3 miles.
I climbed 25 flights of stairs.
But... I only slept 4 and a half hours.

Well, Jennifer, I use the Fitbit 1, which I carry in my pants pocket. Sharon has one and she uses a clip it comes with to clip it inside her bra, as she usually hasn't got pockets. You can track any or many things. I will just list them.
The tracker will automatically record:
steps
miles
flights of stairs (13 steps)
active minutes
sleep (including quality)

You can log the following:
weight
calories
fat
fiber
carbs
sodium
protein
heart rate
blood pressure
glucose
water consumption

I had been tracking all of my food and water consumption, and all of the automatic data. But I've taken a break from tracking food, because I've done it for years and sort of can do it now without even thinking! I think this is a really great device. My present goals, since New Years, are to sleep more and to drink more water. It's pretty funny that I am failing miserably!

I hope I've answered your questions Jenn!
