The Underworks 997 and the 983 (tri top), are the two most popular binders out there. They are cheap and long lasting. The microfiber tank is not strong at all.

I have used many, many, many binders over the years and used the 983 for the last several years before top sugery. Make sure you check the sizing chart between styles, the charts are not the same across binders.
