I fired up the trusty ol wok....added olive oil and some cut up taters...added a green and a red pepper....chunked up some fresh mushrooms...added this yogurt onion Indian style sauce I found in the store....its simmering on the stove right now...smelling delightful.....

I baked chicken on the side....but truly the potato mix would suffice...Im prolly gonna toss the chicken in with the rest since theres plenty of sauce....
