I had a plateful of this for dinner tonight and it

So I tossed some ground chicken, and ground pork in a large skillet, seasoned it with some Tony's and some cracked black pepper and let that cook will I sliced up crookneck squash and zucchini. I also had two baked sweet potatoes that I cut into chunks. Once the meat was done, I added the veggies and sweet potatoes, a few dashes of Mexican oregano, and the last of my mojo sauce, (time to make more) and let it all simmer for 30 minutes or so.
This dish is da bomb! I am happy it turned out well because I will be eating it for the next 3 or 4 days. Lol!
