chicken parmesan for her

Tonight, the crockpot's doing all the work...
roast, red potatoes & carrots in a mushroom brown gravy
salads:
a spinach salad with avocado slices, almond slivers & raspberry vinaigrette for me
a spinach salad with bacon bits & Italian dressing for her
