Turns out this said chili was really meat sauce with mushrooms and basil. So we chopped up some fresh zucchini and placed sauce over top with lots of fresh parmesan cheese.
Tonight:
Grilling some chicken thighs seasoned with lemon pepper.
Fresh broccoli.
