I'm back.

My routine these days consists of 2+hrs of physical therapy combined with as much beach walking as I can, usually 2-3 miles.

The PT is mostly torturous isometric poses with truly impressive rubber bands until you yell "uncle"... or 30 seconds... whichever comes first.

The other fun part is balancing on a foam roll the long way and doing ridiculously simple yet somehow impossible things while counting 50 reps, about ten different ways.

Not exactly the workout stuff of legends but it certainly kicks my ass.

I know we've broached this before but it's been a while and we have some new exercisers.

My go to is either Krewella or Rihanna for a good, strong beat to run to.
Since I am easily confused and have the attention span of a gnat I can't listen to anything with lyrics while I'm counting so I listen to a Pandora station I made up that is classic jazz from the 50's and 60's.

When I am on my walk I usually just listen to the sounds around me but when I do listen to something it is along the lines of streaming NPR or podcasts like "Freakanomics" and "How stuff works".
